After a lot of consideration, I've realised that a comprehensive "one size fits all" report on online
PR is impractical and the reverse of what clients want
I guess the solution is to break down services, partly based on what can be reported on.
E.g. The client who has a reputation crisis is mostly bothered about web rankings for their brand and couldn't give two hoots about the number of back-links generated.
Or, the client who wants to be seen as a major player in their sector wants to see clippings of coverage in top media outlets and will be nonplussed by a 20 page web ranking report!
But the client using
SEO-
PR to boost their organic listings will require a detailed stastical report.
What do you think?
