French PR distributors are usually more national than multilingual. Most of good resources that i know only suggest publishing in french language.

Also French PR is not as much developped as English or American PR, notably in terms of ONLINE PR, so one can't find as many resources as these last languages.

However, i noticed things start moving in the field and few websites now like http://www.free-press-release.com/ are developped and give you the chance to post for free your release in french and at least in english version too!
