Default I was going to post something like yuor question...
There are some good ones like PR News Wire Category.net and Businessportal24 that have different sites for different countries - only a selection of countries obviously. Sadly, a lot of wire service seem to be multi lingual / national but really aren't (ANSI language settings only). The biggest challenge for us has been sifting the promises from the facts!

NB - NewsCertain supports any language
